As the newly appointed Superintendent of Schools for the Ï㽶ֱ²¥ School District, I would like to extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you. Starting a new role always brings a mix of emotions, and I want to share with you that I am filled with a sense of anticipation and enthusiasm. The opportunity to work collaboratively with the board of education, dedicated staff, students, families, partner groups, and community members is something I am really looking forward to.
This upcoming school year holds much promise, and I am excited about the possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead. We have an exceptional team of educators and staff who are committed to providing nurturing and engaging learning environments for your children. Our collective focus will be on student success, fostering a love for learning, and preparing our students for a bright future. Based on my early observations, I am so impressed with the people and exemplary programs offered in such a dynamic and diverse school system. My priority as superintendent is to build upon the accomplishments of the Ï㽶ֱ²¥ School District and to create conditions to further enhance student and staff success.
As we navigate the school year together, I would like to encourage open communication and collaboration between parents, guardians, and our school communities. Your involvement and support are invaluable in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for all our learners.
Thank you for entrusting the education of your children to us. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your superintendent and to be a part of this extraordinary community. Together, we will create a future where every student can flourish and achieve their dreams.
Sincerely,
Christopher Usih, Superintendent of SchoolsÌý
